Booking Services Policy

At NEGASI we take pride in providing clients with an enjoyable experience. To ensure that everyone is satisfied, we have a few policies in place. When booking an appointment,  Full amount/deposit must be paid before the appointment can be confirmed. . Remaining balance of service is due upon arrival, not after. We accept cash (bring exact change), credit/debit or Zelle as forms of payment. Please be advised that you must pay upfront in full before service starts for cash payments. No exceptions

 

All first time customers are required to show government issued I.D and credit/debit card used during booking for services that total over $50.00 before services are rendered. Name on I.D must match name on card. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

You can also pay upfront with cash before services are rendered as an alternative option. 

 

All prices are listed as starting prices and may be subject to change depending on the condition, length, and density of the hair. Also anyone who wishes to receive color/chemical service is required to book a Color Consultation at least 72 hours before their requested Color Appointment to discuss hair history and desired results. 

 

**When booking any service you agree and understand that before and after pictures and/or videos may be taken of you and they may/may not be featured on NEGASI website, social media platforms for advertisement purposes***  If you notice that you yourself has been featured and you wish to be removed and not be featured, please send email to info@negasime.com and your picture/video will be removed.

Cancellation/No-Shows

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with no less than 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. If you are unable to give said notice, you will be charged for the missed appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to another appointment day or time. 

Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing NEGASI.

Shipping Policy


Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure an efficient and secure delivery of your purchase. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time for USPS to deliver your package after it has been shipped.  We offer free shipping for all orders over $75. For orders below $75, standard shipping rates applies. All orders are shipped via standard mail carrier USPS.

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label as soon as possible, if possible.  If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected. Refund Policy

All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

Our products are handmade in extremely small batches to ensure quality and consistency. However, due to the nature of our products and the use of all-natural ingredients, products may vary slightly in size, color, or consistency.

If you believe you have received a defective product, you must send email  info@negasime.com within 3 days of the delivery date showing with carrier.

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order we will immediately resolve that inconvenience by resending the item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date showing with carrier. Please send email to info@negasime.com within 3 days of the delivery date.

Any item that is out of stock will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is to the company’s discretion. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Packages that are returned to the sender (NEGASI) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be to the discretion of the company (NEGASI) and handled case-by-case basis where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and credit card companies.
